This is my second time trying the ghost kitchen and the first time was great, they had issues with their online ordering but the lady was extremely helpful and got our order in. As we went back for our second trip the website still not accepting our orders we tried putting it in for a different day and calling the restaurant to let them know we had used a different day but needed the order today. The phone went unanswered as it turns out they were closed. No mention of it on google, social media, or the website. When I finally emailed the owner about a refund and what happened. I was given cookie cutter apology, told it was my fault for ordering on the wrong day, and if I wanted to actually know when they are open to sign up for the newsletter. They took zero responsibility gave it two stars because the food was good, but not worth the drive or time when you can’t rely on them being open. Forget any type of service or hospitality.
Loved the miso pho with fried chicken. Everything fresh. Very attentive staff. Cozy sitting area, we will be returning
The food was too salty and overpriced. I would not recommend. The potsticker pork filling was well seasoned, but the Thai curry dumpling meat was bland, the wonton wrappers fell apart in the wonton soup, and the duck confit noodles were were particularly salty and there were a fair amount of bones in the noodles.
First time ordered dinner for take out at Little Dumpling House. Treat to have NYC quality here in Westport CT! Everything ordered was so fresh and delectable, including spicy cucumbers, Thai dumplings, duck buns, and carrot ginger salad. I was also impressed that the dishes were not overly salty, sometimes the case with Asian restaurants. Highly recommend!!
Tried this spot for the first time a few weeks ago and it completely exceeded expectations. All of the dumplings were top notch
