Chili's Grill - Weston

I had the most horrible service I have ever received last night at Chili 's in Weston Commons. My waiter Ben was very rude and disrespectful. Not only did he have an I don 't want to be here attitude, but he failed to bring us our drinks after asking for refills multiple times. He also failed to return to check up on us to see if we needed anything more once we received our food. My family and I will not be returning to this Chili 's again due to this waiter.

Ill not be returning. Placed to-go order through their app at 7:00. Showed up at 7:15 when it said it was due. Waited behind one person for 15 minutes while they slowly put her order together. They finally swiped my card at 7:30 and started putting my order together. A person who arrived at 7:40 got their order and left. At 7:45 they came out and told me the queso was extremely watery and if I wanted to wait longer they would make a new batch. I asked for a refund. They gave me one and threw my order in the trash. Was a very loyal customer but will not be returning to this location to repeat this unpleasant experience any time soon.

This was my first time dining in this Chili's. There was No wait time. Service was great. Waiter was very attentive. Our meals were promptly and accurately brought out. The chicken crispers were terrific.

When we are on the south side of Weston, my wife and I sometimes stop in here for lunch. This Chili's comes across as well-managed. They recently seem to have upgraded the chips that you can order as an appetizer; they are not so greasy and salty (I love grease and salt as much as the next guy, but the old chips were over the top). My wife and I enjoy the chicken fajitas, which are consistently good.

Every time we go to their location is clean and staff are very friendly Must when the time we order the 2 for $25 Today we have Guacamole and Chips as an appetizer Bacon Burger and Sirloin as main retreats It is a nice option if you are looking for Fast Food
