Vy Da - Westminster

A family friend recommended this place for BBH and his by far one of my favorite BBH experiences. The broth was rich in taste. The meats were seasoned and tender. When you're done, it doesn't feel like MSG is stuck in your system at all. I came here at 10:00 and it was a busy Saturday. Tables were full, but my big party was sitting pretty fast. We ordered everything from BBH, beef with pork Vermicelli bowl, Banh Cuon, coconuts and Banh Beochen. The Banh Beo here is also a must order. Great in texture and they even offer the chicharron. Food quality and service is perfect. You get a lot of vegetables for every soup plate. Servers constantly delete your table and fill your drinks. With current Covid conditions they had the partitions between each table. When people say West Minister has some of the best viet food. Quantum Vy Da is a good example. You know, a place will be good when they wait fresh hot chilli and maggi soy sauce for your table. Very recommended if you want classic Vietnamese dishes and refreshing drinks.

I chased the bullshit and tried to find a good place. The bungalow rieu here is good, it usually comes with a pig bone with meat, but this bowl had only fish balls and pig blood. The rabbit boue was also good, he reminded me of a brighter rabbit ****. The Banh Beo is a must to try here, they were generous with the blows. Service was fast, food came in 10 minutes.

Had the banh beo and mi quang, both were really high quality and very generous portions, one dish was easily enough to feed 2. Very friendly and helpful staff were accommodating to one in our party with an allergy--we just had to ask and they made a custom order. It was telling for us that the place was full of Viet families, including a few venerable grandmothers--if they're excited to come here you know the food is good and authentic!

He had this restorer in the PNW. It has some of the most authentic pasta dishes you can find. We've been coming for six years, every time we're in town. We can't find any better. The portions and the price are just perfect!

Food was okay. Did not have too much exploded taste, but still caught the concept of the Vietnam middle region. Great part is a plus. The restaurant seemed unnecessarily dark at night, which felt a little unpleasant. Maybe you'll come back to try something else.
