What I had said was that I have been getting the run around for nearly 3 months. I went to the Westland, MI Ford Road store, in November of 2022, on election day, as I work the polls and have to be there to open them at 6:00 a.m. I got to the store at around 5:30 a.m., ordered 2 dozen donuts and found out later that I was overcharged for them, a coffee and a sandwich. I couldn 't get the sandwich because there was no supervisor there . What? What? They can 't make a sandwich on their own???? So, after waiting for the rest of my order, I had to leave without a sandwich. I 'm diabetic, so a breakfast and lunch of donuts was perfect for my sugar level! NOT! I contacted the store to no avail and corporate said that they would have someone contact me. No one ever did! No one ever will, probably, they think I 'll just go away. I won 't! I want my money and a bit more for the inconvenience and aggravation after all this time, but I think all I 'll get is more aggravated! This store is the worst, and the employees have, maybe, 1 brain cell between them, and it 's not working! They asked for, and have my e-mail and phone number, but they still don 't contact me even though they say that a supervisor will be in touch. I think they are all out of touch. This is just stupid, give me my money and I 'll go away and never darken your doorway again, or recommend that anyone else does. Maybe they think I 'll go away, but I won 't! I 'll take this to my grave if I don 't get my money and I 'll have this read at my funeral!
Staff friendly and restaurant clean but BEWARE their WI-FI is horrible horrible ughhh ... couldn 't connect and when I asked an employee they said yes our Wi-Fi sucks So if you need to stop in to do any work and need Wi-Fi I suggest you go somewhere else
The person at the drive thru was very rude and acted as if I was bothering him when I ordered. I asked for assorted Tim bits he gave me all chocolate and 3 glaze. Don't think I will be visiting this location again!!!
I ordered from this location on their app a few weeks ago and when I got to the store to pick up the order the door was locked. I then went through the drive-thru. When I pulled up no one said anything for a good while then they lazily greeted me. I told them that I was picking up an order and they were silent and rudely asked umm are you sure you placed the order here because we don 't have any orders ? I told them that I was sure because I had the receipt and asked if they wanted to see it. They told me to pull up to the window. When I got to the window they continued to be rude and refused to make the order that I paid for. They told me that they had no control over the app and told me that I had to contact support in the app. I contacted support who then did not refund the order but gave me points to replace the order. I have attempted to use the points at another store after this incident and was still not able to receive my order after I could not redeem the points for some reason. I even had the cashier try to help me redeem them. So Tim Horton 's has just stole my money and I did not get anything in return. I have been speaking with support about them issue through the app and they still did not resolve the issue so I am just out if my money. I already do not prefer TH but it was on my way to work and they just proved why the place is not my first choice. I will not be supporting Tim Horton 's going forward.
They have a new GM Larissa shes amazing, very nice outstanding customer service. I ordered from here because I saw the cafe was open(usually is), unfortunately they were not but she brought my items out to me. I really appreciate the service I have received here since she has taken over.
