We were running a bit behind due to road closures and rain. When we got there they said it wasn't ready yet. I was a bit surprised. I waited they started looking around a bit and didn't see the order. Someone from the kitchen comes and asks if I need help. He goes back and says they don't have the order and it either got missed or was made and somebody was able to leave with our order. My family was waiting in the van during this 10-15 minute gap it took them to realize they just had nothing so we decided to leave and all they had was a sorry. I'm used to places having a promo or coupon or something for a future visit to motivate a future order make up for a mistake so they can show they can do better. If I did wait for a new order, offer a discount due to the extended wait time. I left with nothing but wasted time and no incentive to return with my business. Very disappointed because hotbox (was- past tense) one of my favorites.
Worst hot box. We ordered there last month for delivery and it took a hour and a half to deliver. This time they flat out just never delivered my pizza. No call nothing. They credited my charge and left me hungry with no food. Never seen anything like this in my life. How is this place even in business? Baffles me…
