Tommy O'bryan's Pub - Westerville

The bar tenders at Tommy's are fantastic and the atmosphere is casual and enjoyable. It's always a great time there!

The karaoke night with John was supposed to be fun, but it turned out to be the worst bar experience I have ever had. It is important for the staff to understand that not everyone who walks in is a drug addict or drunk. Decent people expect good service from friendly staff. Unfortunately, the bartender was extremely rude and loud. Casey, our server, was beautiful but impatient. When my brother asked her to relax, she responded with profanity and told us to leave the bar disrespectfully. This behavior is unacceptable for a place in such a nice community. They need to consider changing management or providing extensive professional training. We will not be returning to this establishment. It has lost its charm.

The atmosphere is pleasant. Molly was an excellent bartender. This place would easily receive 5 stars if they offered food, even just some traditional Irish pub fare.

The bartender at this restaurant was more focused on gossiping with others rather than providing good service. She seemed tired and uninterested in taking care of customers, even changing the subject of our conversation abruptly. This review is not meant to attack anyone personally, but the bartender's behavior was unprofessional and disappointing. It's important for staff to be attentive and focused on their job, especially in a busy restaurant setting.

This pub is one of the best in the area. The staff is fantastic and the new lunch menu is delicious! Tommy's offers a great happy hour and I've never experienced any wait for service. The bar is equipped with numerous TVs for watching sports and features amazing bands on the weekends. I highly recommend visiting this bar to relax and enjoy time with friends.
