Tim Hortons - Westerville

Thank you to Tim Horton's Westerville location for your generosity in providing some hot coffee to keep us warm while we decorated the house of a person in need. Your team's willingness to help out in small ways is appreciated beyond our words of thanks today.

Staff was extremely nice and prompt. Only negative thing is that the chairs that are curved wood or resin or plastic are terribly uncomfortable. The armed chairs that give the illusion of comfort are also extremely uncomfortable. It is as tho they give an image of inviting then make it horribly uncomfortable. Such a shame. It could draw loads of folks because their selections to eat are great just not somewhere I want to spend any considerable time at. Only because the seats are uncomfortable. That one thing would change I would rate the place 100

A gentlemen helped me with my order over the phone. He was kind and very helpful. I appreciate his customer service. -Becca

My chocolate donuts tasted stale, but the rest of the 1/2 dozen (honey dipped and vanilla creme) and pumpkin spice iced frappe were great!

Their menu selection is good even after Covid. So many other restaurants dropped all vegetables and added pastries instead. Their restroom is clean and it's OPEN. They have enough staff to provide fast service. Thank you for being so reasonable.
