Rivers Edge Deli - Westbrook

The food is excellent and very affordable, and the menu is surprisingly extensive for a small deli!

Rivers edge deli is a fantastic family restaurant with home style cooking, fresh ingredients and cooked with pride. The owner Steve is almost always there, smiling laughing, asking about your day because he cares about his customers. I have been eating here for over a decade and I highly recommend it. Come for the breakfast and stay for the burgers at lunch. Your tummy will be happy you did.

My buddy Mark invited me to lunch and said the food was incredible! I judge a place by the dessert menu. They didn’t disappoint. The food was excellent. What stood out beyond the great food was the personalities of the family, the kindred spirit, the connection to the customers, How they greeted everyone by first name. The smiles were real. They make you feel at home. I will go back for what my buddy said is the best Turkey Grinder (roll) next week.

During our stay in Westbrook, we were able to easily walk to this restaurant, and we loved it! The owner and staff were friendly to everyone who entered and seemed to know most of their customers by name. The regulars were incredibly welcoming, adored our dog, and recognized us when we returned for more of the delicious food. It was truly DELICIOUS!

We made a fantastic stop during our long road trip to Canada. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast bun with bacon, egg, and cheese was amazing! I also had a full deli sandwich, and now I’m so stuffed!
