Hires Big H - West Valley City

The food at this restaurant is consistently good. The service is extremely friendly, despite the fact that they are often understaffed. The employees work hard and deserve praise. However, the west valley location has had a persistent issue with a strong smell of raw sewage and cleaner. This unpleasant odor can interfere with the enjoyment of the food. It is recommended that they call a plumber to address this issue. Overall, we enjoy dining here but the smell is off-putting.

After the renovation and due to the impact of COVID-19, prices at this restaurant have significantly increased while the service has become slower. It used to be a favorite spot for my family, but now we only go for special occasions as $70 (before tip) is a steep price for a casual dining experience for three people.
