Maybe this is a manager issue, because it 's been going on for about a year or two, but instead of saying, Can I help you? say something like, Hello, what can I get started for you? or Hello, order whenever you 're ready. and it 's with every drive-thru attendant (like they 're told to say this). Can I help you, is annoying because obviously people are there to buy food. It 's also not very friendly. Adding hello, or hi there, would make it more inviting.
If I could give negative stars, I would. First we had to repeat our order 3 times at the order box, twice at the window and once when the guy came out in the parking lot to see what we had. We paid at 815pm.... there were SIX customers who came through the drive thru after us all that got their food before us. We were told after we paid that it would take 4 minutes for the chicken for the sandwich to cook. After sitting outside patiently waiting, at 848 I went inside. I was not greeted at all by any of the staff. The female who brought the food to us was not apologetic at all for our wait. She was combative with me when I asked where our food was. She rudely said I told you it would take 4 minutes for your chicken to cook but we were waiting for 33 minutes. I pointed that out and that they had helped at least 6 customers who all came way after us, to which she replied well here 's your order our drinks weren 't there, so I pointed that out. She rudely retrieved them for me... they were only 3/4 of the way full. No kindness offered, no apology offered...just rude service, a huge wait, and our food is burnt and cold.
Clean restaurant.Staff is pleasant, patient helpful.Food is tasty the Root Beer tastes like the Root Beer of old...delicious!

Ordered a mac and cheese bowl corn dog nuggets. I was told they would take over 5 minutes to cook nuggets and was parked out front. When my food was brought out I asked if everything was there including the ketchup and the guy pretty much just threw the bag at me and walked off so I headed back to the hotel only to find out pretty much everything about my order was wrong. Wrong meal no silverware to eat a mac and cheese bowl. I asked for ketchup when I ordered yet there was no ketchup, utensils or napkins. I called and asked for a manager. The guy on the phone would not transfer me to a manager simply said they 'd write my name down and just hand out food the next time I came in. I asked for a manager again once again he said all we can do is write down your name they were not interested in solving the problem just getting me off the phone. Your manager was never reached as requested. Horrible customer service!! This turned out to be one of the worst experiences I 've ever had recently and if you look at my reviews and I do a lot of them this would be clearly near the very bottom people acting like they are too busy and wanted to be everywhere but serving customers. I 'll be loud about this one for a while.
