I usually frequent this location 3-5 times a week but have not returned since the 2nd occurrence. Last visit my beef and broccoli literally had about 4-5 slivers of meat. And I do mean slivers. Disappointed as I do enjoy the the food the majority of the time.
Normally great delivery. This time they replaced the angus steak with the broccoli steak. Tasted kind of old and dry, and of course just not the right entree. Rest of order was fine, but really dropped the ball on this order.
I ordered Door Dash and only half of my order made it to me. The ride is about 25 minutes away. I went to the location and Manager Yoslin helped me. She wanted to make it right and offered to replace my entire order. What a great way to feel a customer is and important! Very recommended!! Thank you, Yoslin!
I have placed an order online. When I arrived to get the food, the staff seemed confused. The person who helped me first did not seem to know what to do and simply drew on something else. The second person who helped me was able to find out what was going on. It took about 10 minutes to get things together, and everything in order was right. The food was fresh and delicious.
I love the food here. The service is also pretty good. Looked like a spot you can enjoy ur food at. Can't say that I have stayed to eat though.
