Bourbon Street Steakhouse-grill

Amazing! first of all, do not judge the old reviews. we did it first. So we called the casino and they are now smoke-free! So we decided to come. as it turns out, this restaurant is amazing. our waiter sylas was professional and knew the menu. the manager checked us twice through our meal. I ordered the filet and my man ordered the new yorker bone. both were cooked to perfection. we finished it with a caramel cheese! I rated it 5 stars because we often feed. the food is also worth the price. great for date night.

Our waiter, Sylas, was knowledgeable and professional, while the manager checked on us twice during our meal. The fillet and the New York bone-in steak we ordered were cooked perfectly. To top it off, we enjoyed a delicious caramel cheesecake. We give this restaurant 5 stars as we dine out frequently and the food here is well worth the price. It's a great spot for a date night.

After being on a long road trip and spending four days in New Orleans, this restaurant surpassed any meal we had there. It was actually the best meal of our entire trip. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We tried the fillet with Oscar, which was absolutely amazing. It was hands down the best steak we have ever had. The crawfish etouffee was also outstanding and it was easy to see why it's an award-winning dish. My husband had gumbo all throughout Louisiana and Florida, and he declared this one to be the best. Despite being warned of a potential wait, we were promptly seated and served drinks and garlic bread. The servers were attentive and provided a great dining experience overall.

From the fantastic atmosphere, complimentary hurricane drink, and top-notch service, to the succulent and perfectly cooked meat, every aspect of the dining experience exceeds expectations. The sirloin steak literally melts in your mouth like butter. Begin with the delicious shrimp au gratin, move on to a tender steak, and finish off with a grand marnier and bananas foster dessert. The Bourbon Street Grill is a hidden gem that does not disappoint.
