Tacodeli - West Lake Hills

The food is excellent, but the pick-up experience leaves much to be desired. Once again, I found myself dealing with another frustrating situation. I think it's time for a break from this place.

I ordered speck, ei and cheese breakfast tacos at 10 o'clock, and they were not warm when they came out. the aluminum wrapper was perhaps the same test as my hand. the cheese was not melted, the tortilla was not warm. the content was also not warm, and the cheese was still cold, which probably made the speck and the egg colder. I would have waited longer for warm tacos. Maybe I ordered 4 and you thought I couldn't eat so many, so who cares about them? warm again? hopefully I'm the one unhappy person, and everyone else had wonderful experiences. I doubt that this is the case. I hate this, thousands of dollars spent at other Tacodeli locations with almost zero problems. eating at wrong pace is never okay and I hope this is fixed to your customers love

Friendly staff 5/5 quality food 4/5. Service 3/5 order extra get nothing to try to correct it and you? ll get the usual run. Consistent enough to post.

It's been a while since my last visit to Taco Deli, and since I'm not usually in this area, this location was new to me. The taste and quality were just as exceptional as I remembered. I had completely forgotten how fantastic their Dona sauce is! This time, I ordered a Jess Special, which was beautifully presented and light. However, the highlight for me was the Akaushi Picadillo and Egg Taco—it was simply excellent. And I can't forget to mention their chips and queso; they never disappoint. Thank you for reminding me just how good it is!

How is it that its taken me so many years to try their bowl? What? Whaaaaat? Its so good! Its even better than the tacos! It doesn?t even need salsa its so flavorful! Whaaaaat? Mind blown. Their red salsa is one of my favorite salsas in the world.
