The Burger Den - West Knoxville

This may be my first bad rating but it deserves it. We ordered from here and it was horrible. I was missing one whole order, the other 4 of 5 orders were all wrong. There were MAYBE 10 fries that I paid extra for with one of them and that is being generous. Every single item we ordered was wrong, missing something or we just didn't receive. The delivery guy on Uber eats was great which is the only positive thing I could say. But that's a whole separate business so ?‍

Awful. Our order was missing items, the serving of fries was about 1/4 of a handfull, the burgers they decided to give us were dry and to make it worse there were finger holes through the buns. Never again. Absolute trash

Placed an order, waited over an hour and didn't get the notification that it was ready. When I went to the store they told me they never made my order because they where out of ingredients. They never even tried to contact me and forced me to go through a third party to get my refund which took 3 days. DONT GO HERE
