Brilliant atmosphere and decor. the workers know about their drinks, but are not sniffing about it, the Irish merciful made the best old fashion I ever had good the trip worth!

Love this place. First Sunday of the month is reggae night and I make a good effort to never miss it. Love it. Sean and Liam are top blokes

Went over to West Krby today, had a walk down to the beach, as the tide was in didn't get too far out. Had a stroll around the main shopping street found a lovely friendly restaurant called Pickled Wallnut formally know as the Wild Inn. Lovely friendly staff, very clean tables and spotless restroom. Had coffee and cake, not normally a fan of Victoria sponge cake, but there's looked delicious topped with raspberries, and it didn't disappoint, best Victoria sponge I've had in years. They also serve lovely cooked meals, which I saw being brought out to other customers. Will definitely be back again next time I'm over in West Kirby.
