But can you tell me why Tim Hortons cancelled the English Toffee?

Food is good if they don't mess up your order wich happens alot. Pretty simple orders too. And when you go back and try to fix it they push you too the side because they're busy. Horrible service. It's a shame....never used to be like

It 's a Timmy 's and a holiday. I stood at the counter for a bit and finally asked for service. The lady that came was super friendly and made me forget I waited with no one in line .. She 's the reason they got a 3 . If they had acknowledged me, it definitely would have been a 5 with her. Food and coffee are always good ....

Just got told I couldn't have 8 doughnuts. I had to order either 6 or 12. Weird.
