Would love to tell you how this place actually could be but I had to leave after waiting and not receiving my drink pretty lame
Ordered a caramel ribbon crunch (drive thru) and it was awful, sorry!! Returned it (went in the restaurant) and was put through the gears by an employee. I said I would like it replaced please. Unfortch my second one was equally disappointing! Coconut milk was pooled at the top, watery, very little whip and minimal crunch
Don 't try this branch for drive-thru AT ALL! It was almost 25 min for us in the queue and still couldn 't reach the station! If u r in a hurry, find another branch Or don 't try Drive Thru
When I go to this Starbucks, I normally go through the drive thru, but my last visit (a couple days ago), I decided to go inside to order, and it was an absolutely terrible experience! When I walked in, the store was full with numerous people standing around waiting for their orders, which should have been the tell that they were very busy. I go up to order and the cashier asks me to hold on a moment, which is fine, no problem, but I ended up waiting a few minutes while the cashier proceeded to turn around to refill coffee, etc. The amount of time I waited at the till should have been my second tell. I proceed to finally order 2 cold drinks, and then my girlfriend orders hers and numerous people order after us as well. We go off to the side to wait, and wait and wait some more…by this time, 25 minutes have gone by and people who ordered after me have received their orders and left. We go up to the employees to ask how much longer and they only then say that there is a backlog of cold drinks, so it will be some time. That was never mentioned at the time of ordering. If I had known that I wouldn’t have ordered! I was fed up with waiting and ended up getting a refund instead and left without my drinks. I 100% will not be going inside to order there again!
