Pizza Hut - West Kelowna

My favorite place to order pizza is Pizza Hut. We always order online to take advantage of the best deals, like the $14.99 special for a 2-topping panormous pizza, 5 chicken bites, and breadsticks with marinara sauce. My go-to toppings are chicken, green peppers, and pineapple. Additionally, Pizza Hut offers specialty pizzas for each day of the week at a discounted price of only $10.

As bad as little Caesars and twice the price. Probably the least amount of toppings on a pizza I have ever had. All dough. I cannot recommend...ever.

If you're visiting West Kelowna please order from somewhere else. I've reviewed this before and after a year and a half we gave Pizza Hut in West Kelowna another chance but same result - late delivery, cold pizza, cold wings...again. I don't blame the employees because obviously they've turned over in almost 2 years. It must be management, ownership or corporate. Either way, I'll keep ordering elsewhere.

Food delivery was an hour late; and was kept on hold over 15 min to locate our food. Was offered a discount and when it arrived it was cold flavorless and no extra cheese as ordered phoned directly to the store and the employee was combative and rude. He offered no solution and hung up on me!Awful food and no customer service!!!!!!!

Horrible service I tried to order an hour before they closed and they wouldn't expect my business. I've eat here once before the pizza was dough not even cooked. Wouldent recommend it to anyone. I'd rather drive 30 min out of my way then to go here.
