Used to be my favourite sushi place, but recently customer service has gone down hill. No one answers the phone so you can place a take-out order, even calling for 20 min straight, no answer, and no message stating they are short staffed or whatever and not taking phone in orders....so I decided to drive down to place my take-out order in person, to stand there for 20 min for a brief hello, then nothing. No one asked what I needed, or at least took my order quick to add it to the queue, nothing. I finally just walked out. What a waste of my time. I decided to give it another shot thinking it was a bad night.... well I just spent another 15 minutes calling continuously to no one picking up the phone, no message, nothing. And I learned my lesson last time, I wasn't about to try walking in. Only reason for 3 stars and not 1, was rhey used to be good. Hope they can turn it around.
