Long line ups with one person on the order till, I counted 16 employees in the food prep area, a huge line up near the door. I was 3rd person in line that took 20 minutes to receive food. It was obvious the employees were catering to the drive through and not the walk ins. I have never seen McDonalds operate this way with one cashier and no ability to cater to the crowd during peak time at 1 pm.
Came in for a quick breakfast with 4 persons. Order and delivery was quick and correct. My only observation negative observation was a staff member on a break going behind the counter and getting a cup for a friend which was filled from the dispenser with pop.
