Food was cold, no bacon on my bacon burger (automatic loss of $2+ on my end). The guy who brought the food out to me was super nice so at least there is an upside. I constantly have issues with this mcdonalds, so now instead of waiting 30 minutes to get a messed up order, ill just drive an extra 10 to the mcdonalds in kingdom city where they actually care about the service they provide
Placed a mobile order after reading online and on the app they were open 24 hours. The app let me place it and it charged my card. When we pulled up to the drive through, we were told it was closed. Which okay that’s fine, I responded with “I have a mobile order and it already charged my card” which I got no respond to for a couple minutes. After some time I was screamed at through the speaker that they were closed. I just wanted to know if I would be getting a refund or my food or at least something. Very disrespect and unprofessional. Really need to get their grip on things and learn some respect when talking to customers.
Lady in back window did not know how to redeem my mobile coupon and therefore I spent more money than I wanted to. I also dont like being asked IS THAT ALL. After every single thing I order.
I stood inside waiting on my order for 15 minutes. While I was waiting, they were taking orders at the counter and filling them before filling the orders already put in. This is unacceptable!
Horrible, waiting and waiting, the whole time crew just standing around and more outside smoking ?
