When I selected more from the kiosk the sandwich barely had any extra, if none at all.Waiting at window: at least 15-20 minutes with no other cars behind or in front of us and looked like no one was dining in.Payment: used a coupon for $17.99 for 3 foot longs. Worker set out tap to pay. I tapped and put my card away. NO TIP WAS OFFERED TO BE TAPPED OR SELECTED.Later I checked my credit card and the total was over $23. I found my receipt and the guy had added an almost $4 $3.88) tip to the order without my permission.
06/03/23 1:20 pm. Pulled up to the drive thru. Made my order on the kiosk. Waited a few minutes in line until the car infront of me went on its way. I pulled up to the window and sat there for over 15 min, no joke. Worker didn't bother coming to the window at all so fortunately I hadnt paid yet and finally left. I waited so long thinking he's busy but when I pulled away I seen no customers inside the store. Not sure what was going on but to let customers sit at the window w no word for 15+ min is just a waste of ppls time. There were 2 cars behind me when I left... I hope none of those ppl were on their 30min lunch break. They might end up skipping lunch and waiting at a window for nothing
Slow service waited 10 minutes at drive up. Did notice he was moving quickly once making a sandwich.
Manny is doing very great work and had very good customer service skills he should deserve a Raise
Is the closest store to my house and I've never had good service there. They're slow, unprepared and I don't recall the last time I saw the TV menus on or working. They were open for 4 hours (1 pm) when I went there today and you would've thought they just opened 2 mins earlier
