Big Boy - West Branch

The food was really good. I had a Philly Steak and Pommes. I liked the Philly and the Pommes were not fat. I liked that. The waitress was very accommodating and checked again and again to see if we wanted something else. I'd eat there again if in the area.

Always nice for a delicious American meal. We enjoyed our meal, except my Big Boy Burger was overcooked, very well made, a little dry. The fish speciality was good and plentiful.

This is one of the best Big Boy restaurants I've ever visited. Service is excellent, wartestaff is very friendly and the good is good. This location is on the way to our cottage and we usually bypass this area completely. Not anymore. Great place to eat!

Wasn't with Big Boy for some time. I'm going there more often. Food is great, excellent service, fair prices. The next time you climb Hamburger Hill in West Branch? Give it a big try.

Had a good experience there, waitress was very friendly and easy to talk to, food was good, and the price was reasonable for what I got. Since the Big Boy in Bay City closed during the pandemic, the only one left is in Essexville. That 's the only reason I will return. Essexville has so much potential, but no one will take on that challenge. A Pizza Hut bldg just sitting there with a For Sale sign in front. Also a Long John Silver 's right next to it, just sitting there. So sad to see that.
