Cold Stone Creamery In Bloom

Things are improving at this Cold Stone location. Previously there were issues with open hours not matching actual hours, I appreciate the times matching up more correctly now. The counters and surfaces are still those of an insanely busy ice cream shop, could use a wipedown every 30 minutes, imho. This location usually staffed by people who make the best cold stone icecream dishes within 15 miles, considering any other Cold Stones. So many of the other Cold Stones are staffed by angry people who do not care about cleanliness, face masks, coughing on food, getting the order through quickly, etc. This MOA one holds the food quality up to a good standard. Please continue to close on time :S

I went with my wife and a friends and our order was “ok” to say the least. The kids working need to not mash the ice cream into a paste. When they do that it’s already melting when you get it. Now I worked here As the manager between 2019 and late 2020 so I know that they can do better than this

Was good until I found a round plastic thing in my ice cream.

We went to the mall to have some fun with our toddler today. However the experience became rather stressful and frustrating because of the low quality spoon used by Cold Stone. While my toddler was eating his ice cream, he accidentally swallowed a small sharp piece of plastic that was chipped from the spoon. We had to go to urgent care to make sure everything was okay with him. But, a good precious Sat was gone because of a spoon offered by Cold Stone. A joyful day was ruined.

The ice cream is as excepted but the employees went above and beyond to help out. Cheers to the team on the 3rd floor creamery at mall of America. Thanks Tyler.
