Firehouse Subs West Bend Center

Will not get back to the West-Biege-Locaton..... bad food quality....overagely juicy... Bread was soggy and about all super messy to eat a lot of Mayo, oils.... they were made of cheese... and just felt unmanned...

Accessed without customers in sight and 3 employees behind the counter. I was immediately told it was a 20-25 min waiting... without customers in the store. I know they do a lot of online order, but that's ridiculous. I've already eaten here and the subs are okay, but not 25 minutes waiting okay. Drove on the road to Jersey Mike's, no waiting, quick friendly service, just try there first from now on.

This place is a joke, the service awful. The subs are good, just horribly run. In person orders are the lowest priority. Threw out the cold soup. Businesses need to realize you don't get many second chances. My wife gave them one and it was worse than the first time. Your foods not good enough to have such bad service

Recently visited to use my free sub offer for my bday. Email said just enter my phone number at checkout. Wasnt the case, had to download the app and activate offer. No big deal except it still didn't work. No one around to help. Called back twice the next day without a response. No need to ever return to this business!!

One of the better Firehouse subs locations I've been to! Super friendly and efficient employees, they got my to-go order ready so fast! And the sandwich tastes great. Thank you guys!
