Have you seen their Instagram- it makes my mouth water! ; We love knowing that we are supporting small businesses and an incredible family. Watching Pybus Bistro pivot during covid and start offering to-go meals for families has been incredible. Loving all the to- go food options! We can't wait to see you reopen
Came here for lunch one day while I was on vacation with friends. It's located in the Pybus public market that is located next to the water. I really enjoyed the local shops and rustic industrial vibe that it had going on. We were browsing and the first thing that caught my eye on yelp was the chicken and waffles- keep in mind this is only available for brunch on weekends- so I was out of luck and decided to try the grand colonial pork belly sandwich. The sandwich was pretty tasty and reminded me of an elevated banh mi. I eat a lot so the sandwich alone was a little small for my liking and I recommend getting a side like the pomme frittes if you typically have a larger appetite. Aside from that, our server was super sweet and attentive to our needs. Would recommend if you're in the area!
Amazing brunch inside the Pybus Market. Went on a Saturday morning around 10:30am. The Pan Perdu was the standout and my favorite. We also ordered the chicken and waffles and eggs over easy. Coffee is served in a French press (thank you for the freshest way to get coffee! . Delicious and not overly strong, smooth and tasted great. My only complaint is that on a Saturday that they knew would be busy (farmers market the restaurant was only half full and our food took almost 30 minutes. If you're in a rush this is not the place for you. But if you're willing to sip coffee, people watch and enjoy a wonderful brunch it's worth the trip. Parking can be packed so plan ahead.
This restaurant is located inside the Pybus Public Market in Wenatchee. We went there on a Sunday morning and although the market hadn't completely opened up yet, this place was full of patrons (usually a good sign . We were seated and were delighted to find out they were serving brunch. We started off with a croissant and coffee. Both of which really hit the spot! The croissant was served with both butter and jam and the coffee was served in a French press. This honestly isn't really my thing because I love coffee (I want my refills and although you can order different sizes, it's definitely on the expensive side as far as coffee goes. Anyway, the quality of the coffee was still good which was my main concern. For brunch I ordered the hash and my boyfriend ordered the eggs benedict. Our server warned that the hash was pretty large and most people couldn't finish it, but I ordered it anyway figuring I'd be able to eat most of it. Well, I was wrong. It was deceivingly BIG! The flavor was so rich (in a good way and after about a third of it, I had to throw in the towel. I imagine someone with a large appetite might be able to finish it but not without ending up in a food coma afterward. I had a bite of the benedict as well and that was just as tasty. All in all, the food was pretty good, the service was as expected for a restaurant of that nature and so was the price. Our total ended up being about $40 when all was said and done. One big plus about this place is that after you've finished eating, you can walk around the cute little market to let your food digest (and shop ! Would definitely eat here again and would recommend for brunch. Thanks!
Another great spot to dine and relax at in the wenatchee area. we used to walk the loop trail when this warehouse was an old abandoned steel business. now it is a vibrant, fun and interesting place for the community to enjoy. pybus bistro has been a go-to place for use when we are back in wenatchee visiting. the food is great and the service is equally as good. whether you are looking for a nice, delicious dinner or brunch on sunday, pybus bistro is always a good choice. and the market is a fun place to browse around before or after your meal. highly recommend!
