Rocket Pizza - Wellston

Some friends and I stopped here for lunch today. I got their Italian sub and it was outstanding. Very delicious. It was so good that I asked them to make me another to bring home and eat later. We sat outside on their patio and had a very enjoyable time. The customer service was phenomenal too. I highly recommend this place.

We have visited twice, and both times were fantastic! They seem to be a very busy place, perhaps a little too busy to handle-just my observations from dining in both times, but the staff does a wonderful job keeping up with the pace. There is one younger man in particular that stands out as doing an especially great job, but everyone is super friendly and helpful. The pizza is great, with plenty of toppings and crispy edged pepperoni. We have also tried the mushroom pizza,which is great if you're a real mushroom lover! The subs are super cheesy and have delicious garlic buttery buns. The Hawaiian is our personal favorite! You can get a Hawaiian pizza anywhere but where else can you get a Hawaiian SUB? Thesalads are good too, I just wish the dressing was cold, rather than being kept at room temperature. We have only dined inside but we will try outside once temperatures cool down a bit. This place beats all of the chains! Support yourindependent small businesses!

This has become our go to for pizza. So far they haven't disappointed. Highly recommend! EDIT 04/09/22 beginning to lack consistency, has a different crust every time we go there now, I liked the thicker crust???? Still tastes good though

The food is delicious but the atmosphere is even better. Highly recommended stopping in for the pickle breadsticks!

Buffalo mac n cheese was awesome! Hubby had animal sub. He loved it. Chef salads were huge and very fresh. Our waitress, Claire, was a sweetheart. Bathroom was immaculate. Very clean establishment. Will come back... ?
