Olive Garden Italian - Wellington

I was there with my 75 year old friend who had difficulty waking and someone had stolen her walker at the nursing home. Before I took her to the hospital we came in for a meal and Pedro was so kind! He helped me walk her to the table and the car I spoke to his manager Madison McKee and express how grateful I was ! They are both assets to your company and I will also inform guest services at corporate level about! They exceed my expectations! May God bless them both!

If I can give this place is zero review I would the attitude of the workers is 1000% unacceptable! We came To celebrate our twins birthday and when we arrived they took our count and said they'd be right with us. We sat down and went in a little while there was nobody in the lobby and you can clearly see that there were multiple tables that were empty and several waiters and waitresses standing around just having conversation when My mother asked her hostess how long it's going to be at which time she snapped back with.... I told you it was going to be 30 minutes -she was very rude and disrespectful ti my mother! 15 minutes later a couple walked in and they were immediately sad then three other people watching and they were immediately sat. Again my mother said I do not understand how you could sit those people when we're sitting right here and then the girl started almost yelling at my mother saying I told you because you're a party it's going to be a 30 minute wait. We then proceeded to ask for the manager and I explained to the hostess that she did not tell us that it was going to be a 30 minute wait because we were a party. Asking for the manager didn't do us any good either because it manager came out with an attitude while the hostess was yelling at us from behind her. I'm sorry I know times are tough but there is no reason why paying customers should be Treated in such a manner we will never go to this Olive Garden ever again

I purposely ordered our food online for curbside pick up so that we wouldn’t have to sit and wait. Ordered at 4:30pm. Was told my food would be ready by 5:30pm. It’s been 45min and I’m still sitting my car waiting for our food. I understand being busy but if it’s going to take longer than promised give your customers a heads up.

Olive Garden is already the best, but the Wellington Mall is out of a manager they have, I think her name is Dakota like the state. I really hope I have it right. Well, this lady manager is amazing that she literally cooked a dish for me that was no longer on the menu. But it was my birthday and she went out the way for me this day and I will never forget her and her deeds. Would I? This Olive Garden 6 stars. Lol??????????????????
