The kitchen is openly integrated into the restaurant, so you can watch the kitchen staff when preparing the dishes. The concept is somewhat different here than usual, a menu is available here in vain, a seasonal menu with exclusively regional ingredients in 3 variations, either meat, fish or vegetarian, with appetizer or soup, salad and dessert or cheese variation. The menue suggestion changes weekly. We opted for the meat variant of the menu offered, plus soup and dessert we are both gourmets 1. Die Bistronauten im alten OEG-Bahnhof sind die Top-Adresse in Weinheim. Hier gibt es ein frische, kreative und lokale Küche. Hier wird mit Leidenschaft und Können gekocht und bewirtet, denn auch der Service ist super. Es gibt viele regionale Spezialitäten, die von Saison zu Saison wechseln.Leider sind die Bistronauten kein Geheimtipp mehr, es ist ist schwer einen Tisch zu bekommen, daher besser Monate vorher reservieren.
Wir haben hier den Geburtstag meiner Frau mit circa 15 Freunden gefeiert. Wir hatten einem Extraraum angeboten bekommen, der wie geschaffen ist für eine separate Feier.Das Menü war auf uns und unsere Gäste abgestimmt, die Location war großartig, aber das Beste an allem war der herausragende Service. Alle Mitarbeiter und der Chef haben sich wirklich richtig Mühe gegeben, um uns einen tollen Abend zu bescheren! Wir können nur Danke sagen und feststellen, dass es Euch unglaublich gut gelungen ist. Wir hatten viel Spass von Anfang an - und dann noch die Möglichkeit am Ende zu tanzen und etwas länger zu feiern: grossartig.Da wir auch sonst in der Woche öfters zu Gast bei den Bistronauten sind, können wir die Bistronauten immer wiede empfehlen, wenn man auf der Suche nach:Tollem Essen, Gemütlichkeit in einer lockeren Atmosphäre mit freundlichen und aufmerksamen Service ist.Kleiner Wehrmutstropfen: Die tischreservierung gestaltet sich nicht so einfach, da auch andere hier ihr Lieblingsrestaurant in der Region gefunden haben.Jederzeit wiederund bis bald :-)
