Many debris visible in the kitchen area on the floor, with many employees stand to do absolutely nothing to correct it. Many of the dining table surfaces also had pop ring crumbs. Obviously they do not believe in those if you have time to lean, you have time to clean the concept here. Eating was okay. My nuggets were served to the hatchwarm. However, the pop machine is actually correctly calibrated. This alone has saved the experience.
I ordered the Bourbon Burger and the Burger was dry and I called her and they were very nice and sorry. It took a few days to come back and get the order that was dry and unpleasant, but either when I went up there, I had no problems with the staff and they were great. I worked for years on customer service jobs, so I was very happy. They are great employees, keep the good work.
Last week I went in and placed my order. The total was $12.02. I gave the girl a $20 and she gave me $7.75 as my change. I told her she still owed me $0.23 and she said they had no smaller coins so that was all she could give me. I told her that was unacceptable and she replied that there was nothing else she coul do. I told her to cancel my order and give me my $20 back. She said she would have to get the manager. I told her that was a good idea. Instead of rounding the bill down by $0.02 she spent several minutes trying to figure out how to cancel the order and return my money. I don't plan to go back.
Food was good. Temperature in store was very cool. Food cooled off quickly. Staff was overheard about lack of heat
The cheeseburger I had here was one of the best I've ever had in a drive thru. The customer service was young and having fun. They were more interested in each other than us but it is fast food. Delicious food though and that's what's most important.
