Przekaż informację zwrotnąI placed an order on the app, got charged and told that there is no order for me when an employee showed up. I called the location and got put on hold for 21 minuets. I had to use a different phone to call again and ask for immediate assistance. The manager Holly told me I have to come in to get a refund and then put me on hold. I'm going to save the headache of getting a refund and contest the payment with my bank.
I have been to this one many times but this time me herby turkey sandwich was not good. I think it has 2 thin slices of turkey and very thin pesto and herbs. Also very slow service.
Bagels are great. Service can be better. There isn't any customers in the store..., I am the only customer at this time.. Waiting to place my order for 10 minutes now. Can be better....
Me: I 'll do a combo with that. Cashier, rudely: I don 't know what that is. I understand food service places are short-staffed in 2021, and customers can be a handful, but please don 't take it out on everyone you come across. Not a 1-star review, because the people ahead of me didn 't know what they were doing and I 'm giving the cashier the benefit of the doubt. Food was fine.
As always, friendly atmosphere. I was a little disappointed when the employee preparing my bagels didn't ask if I wanted them toasted. Other locations have always asked. No big deal. I'll never stop visiting Bruegger's.
