Mcdonald's - Waynesville

I just met the loveliest young lady with the most beautiful smile, and was very polite and friendly. Thanks to Esme, you made my morning.

I've been going here fairly consistently for over 10 years now, at least. The employees are usually efficient in getting the orders out most of the time, and I would say have improved in quality over the last few years. Prior to about the past 1-2 years, the service was INCREDIBLY hit or miss. Some days were awesome, other days (most of the days) pretty awful. Like every order has something wrong and/or forgotten, sort of awful. These days, I don't usually have an issue even when making requests to modify the food (such as ordering minus certain ingredients). Typically it's done right and done quickly. I wouldn't say the food is mind-blowing, (it IS McDonald's after all) but it tastes decently fresh. In the past, some rude employees had cycled through the store on occasion, with some particularly bad. But as of late, the employees are decent. Their service I would say, is neutral. Doesn't stand out to me as particularly warm, but by NO means rude either. All in all, it's okay. Good if you wanna grab a quick drink. DEFINITELY seen some improvement over the years.

I eat McDonald's quite a bit being on the road... It usually sucks.. we know it usually sucks.. but we eat.. is what it is. But... today my McDonald's experience was good enough to write them a review and point out the hard works of manager Katie and her team! Good job to this Mcedees crew God bless them!

I just had another remarkable experience with McDonalds. Jeffrey and his team were all super kind and greeted me, everyone was asking if I needed to be served and that does not happen everywhere. They really went the extra mile and it deserves credit. Thank you so much everyone for making my visit special. I go to McDonalds all over the country and you all earned this 5-Star review. Jeffrey, you are the man, thanks for being on-point, professional and kind! Godspeed my brothers and sisters.... Oh yeah! Thank you Steven for my fresh Coca-Cola, you're the best ! The food was perfect and I'm just very grateful, sincerely !!!
