Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Wayne

Cancelled my order an hour before they close. It was one smoothie. Adjust your closing time if you're going to be cancelling orders

Well today I stop by to grab a Chia Banana Boost smoothie and a Supergreen salad on my way to do more errands. In the past never had any complaints. Today I do, I purchased this salad. This salad barely fill the bowl. I have call more than three times with no answer. This is not worth what I paid, and out of the area to drive back and return it. I spoke to the owner in the past, very nice person. I hope this will be a one time thing, but do better.

I ordered a smoothie online at 8:43 PM on September 8. My pick up time was 8:53 PM on September 8. The location says their hours are until 9:00pm I arrive at about 8:50 and the store is not open the doors are locked. If the store was not open, why would the system let you do an online order and charge your card for the order sounds like a scam to me. How many people has this happened to and they never went back to get the money back.

Always delicious, I'm never disappointed when I come to TSC. I love getting points four my orders as well in their app!!

I would give zero stars if I could, the staff are always rude and act like trashy hood rats ?
