Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Waycross

We visited Popeyes with high hopes only to be disappointed with a travel size kids meal. I ordered a 2piece with a side of mashed potatoes..Lol they gave me a mini scoop of mashed potatoes, a dry thigh and a greasy drumstick?wait let?s not forget this hard biscuit! I originally wanted the chicken strips but they refused to cook anymore food at 9:30. I mentioned the closing time to them and they said we?re about to close?at 9:30? I?m not sure if it?s the Night employee?s doing or not but something needs to be done about this. Let?s not forget how hard that chicken has gotten someone need to teach the night crew how to cook the biscuits! I give up Popeyes.. ???????

Service was rude going through the drive though. No manners and they will not talk to you and just look at you like your crazy for eating there. We had to pull up and wait forever for our food. They messed up our order and then proceeded to be rude and the woman inside said that they wouldn't fix it and she said that I would have to pay for another meal. I love Popeyes but the visit that I had makes me wish that the entire franchise would shut down.

My husband and I stopped around 2 pm for lunch. It wasn't busy but it took a while to get our food. His sandwich was warm but fries were old. My chicken was hot but the biscuit was hard and the cole slaw wasn't that good. Don't think we will go back.

The lady at the window was so helpful nice! Even though I felt like I was bugging her with my extra cup of ice and extra sauce ???? she definitely gets props for her customer service skills! The food was amazing and the sweet tea was fresh to! Couldn?t have asked for a better visit !

Don't deserve one star. Paid over 20 bucks for skimpy pieces of chicken, mostly crust very little meat. Fries were about the size of a kids meal and the biscuit was about the size of a half dollar coin. Food was yucky. Won't be back and wouldn't bother me if they closed down.
