Broome Street Burgers - Waxhaw

The sign on the door said Closed until further notice. Was disappointed as my wife and I were looking forward to giving the little place a try. Hopefully they 'll be able to open back up soon.

Tried this restaurant for the first time today, very refreshing to see clean, good smelling restrooms. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The owner is a five star rated chef and is on the premises. The theme was excellent, the employees are friendly and even check the tables to make sure everything is going great. You will kick yourself in the butt if you miss going to there.

I ordered a Patty Melt, the way it comes, you have to make it a meal for an extra charge. But the whole meal was totally worth the price! The Broome signature sauce is a nice touch to the sandwiches. The only thing I would change about the sandwich, if possible, is light salt on the Texas toast. For my first time eating there, I would highly recommend this place for a quick bite.

Friendly and helpful workers (register, cook and bus). Food was amazing. I tried the Philly cheesesteak with chili-cheese tots and BOY burger cooked medium w/ pepperjack cheese, bacon, lettuce, onion and pickles.

Ordered the Union club but swapped out the bread to white and some other changes. It was so good!!! Kinda glad this place isn't that popular yet cause I don't wanna share it! The restaurant itself is very large and clean and the staff was very pleasant...especially the older dark haired lady who took my order. Heard them call out the order along with my changes and they guy made sure everyone heard it. Its nice to have a place that focuses on getting the order right instead of just hurrying. The ham, turkey, cheese was good quality...not like some places serve. And the back was thick and crispy..hmmmm. This has to be the best sandwich I've had around Monroe, Indian Trail and Matthews! Def bringing my family back...I'm already craving it again
