At front of desk I had to call a staff member-as did delivery persons-for service. After a delay, and questioning by a staff member as to why I did not have QR Codes-I replied and showed him the McDonalds email
Ordered on the Mcdonalds app at 9.38, keep tracking and eventually 2 hours pass and I hear from the uber eats driver they don't have my order and its too late for them to deliver my order anyway. I never have had good experiences at this mcdonalds, missing food items cold food etc. They never answer the phone, just terrible service.
Popped through the drive through for a Latte and at the serving window got asked to move to the next window to wait for a simple hot drink. Finally got served fifteen minutes later. When I asked why it took 15mins to get served I was told they are short staffed. Still managed to serve the 25Plus cars behind me though. An absolute joke of an establishment.
Leisure Way Been twice both time got order Wrong!!! Check meals before you leave or you might be disappointed. More training is needed in how to read the screens let’s face it it’s not rock science!!!
Not very happy. I ordered some McFlurrys and a regular strawberry shake. The cup for the shake was hardly half full. I asked the McDonald’s member of staff if that’s all there is in a regular shake and he said yes. When I got home and checked it should be 400 ml but it wasn’t even filled to around the 300 ml mark
