Arby's - Wausau

Brisket Sandwich wasn't good. I had the lush puppy fish. Definitely not like the picture. Three small pieces not very delicious fish. Curly-Fries had many small crumbs in them that I would not think would be in hand how to serve a sequence of frits. Didn't eat at Arby for a long time, but we thought we'd try because they should have the meat. But really they only have a lot of meat as you can buy in any grocery store.

Ordered inside did get all our food took 20 Min. to get had to ask for rest of our food not happy

Horrible had the chicken ranch sandwich cheese was cold 2 little pieces of chicken tore off half of bun to get any flavor, the other one was a Reuben with pretty much no meat. Had to wait for fries which were the best part of meal. Will not be back EVER.

The last two times I tried coming here the first time was in the Drive-Thru and the lady was rude when I said hello are you there, and she replied really snotty so I just left. This time around I ordered two french dip and swiss sandwiches along with a small fry and a shake and there was nobody inside as customers except for me and I had to WAIT OVER A HALF HOUR for cold food which at best tasted mediocre. It was gross- I ended up throwing one and a half of the sandwiches out. I should have just driven over to CHIPS RESTAURANT instead. Never again am I coming back to the Merrill Arby's. Also good place to get food poisoning because me and other person I was with ended up getting sick off the food right after we got it and started eating it. The next day I went down to the Arby's right by the BP gas station off of highway k in Wausau and I got my food in less than a minute and it was fantastically delicious.

Waited in drive through for almost 20 minutes. Get home and my sandwich has HAIR IN IT. The only good thing about this disaster was the person at the window who was apologizetic for the wait and very nice. Not going to go back to this location.
