Dunkin' - Wauconda

I am 3mins from the Island Lake location, but I started driving the extra 5mins to this location instead. Getting my signature lattes done right, my hot foods getting heat up properly is so basic you’d think every dunkin would do it right, but the Island Lake location has that issue. Glad this store keeps it right consistent every time

New management. I can understand the reviews from over 5 months ago but I do not agree with Yami from 14 days ago. A gentleman started a few months ago and turned this place around. Always prompt, always polite. The old crew is warming up to the same mindset. Bunch of new faces. Food is always right on. He always says, as he he bids me farewell, Have a wonderful day. See you tomorrow. And he is right, he will.5 stars

Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I ordered a turkey sausage/egg sandwich, but what I received can only be described as a culinary disaster.First and foremost, the bread was atrocious. It was not only well-burnt; it was practically incinerated! I don't know how someone in the kitchen managed to turn a simple piece of bread into charcoal, but Dunkin' somehow accomplished this feat.But the horrors didn't end there. When I finally mustered up the courage to take a bite (despite the blackened bread), I was shocked to find that the turkey sausage patty was missing entirely! It's as if they decided to play a cruel game of hide-and-seek with my breakfast.Feeling frustrated and betrayed by Dunkin', I went to request a refund. To my utter disbelief, the staff seemed indifferent to my complain and refused to provide me with a refund. They offered no explanation, and no solution. It's as if they thought that serving burnt bread and forgetting the main ingredient was somehow acceptable.This experience was beyond disappointing; it was downright infuriating. Dunkin', you have failed me in every possible way. Not only did you serve me a sandwich that was inedible due to burnt bread and missing ingredient , but you also showed a complete lack of customer service by denying a simple refund.

Delicious, authentic Mexican food with reasonable prices and very friendly staff!
