I am flabbergasted on how the employeesare so sweet, specifically Jennifer (455062), who helped us and still managed to put a smile on her face. Understand if ManagerMarta does not change her attitude towards her employees, this store will have none left. And Marta, if you don 't want to becalled out, change your attitude. It 's distasteful for a paying customer.
Ordered breakfast for myself and son, everything was black and burnt! Called to complain and surprise phone has been disconnected! Disgusting nasty place will never eat there again!

It is tricky reviewing fast food places because so much of your experience is reliant on who is working that day. But I have been at this branch a few times and have found them to be friendly and wanting to get things right, unlike what I see in other reviews. One customer ahead of me didn't get his sandwich and asked about it. They were trying to ascertain who took the order, to prevent it from reoccurring. The customer said Never mind, no biggie, but the male employee assured him he wasn't questioning the accuracy, just trying to figure out what happened, and would he please stay just another moment as the sandwich was almost ready. A minute later he had his sandwich.My sausage and egg croissant came a little singed in a few places but so little it had no effect on quality.
Worst dunkin around. The time it takes to talk to anyone when you have a problem is way to long. They are very Unprofessional and is a dunkin I will refuse to go to.
