Goodness Me! - Waterloo

Big box store takes awhile to navigate and the cafeteria is in the back corner. Servers are knowledgeable and friendly. Good selection and quality but not inexpensive.

Goodness me is my favourite health related food store in Waterloo. The hot food selection is vast and very healthy and tasty. The grocery side also has an amazing and diverse selection to choose from. This is a great place to shop for the healthy conscious person.

I love this place! Im sitting eating a delish bean salad while I write this in their cafe. The staff are knowledgeable about every item they carry. They have helped me tremendously with some of the things my family are dealing with. This is a very nice store!

Goodness Me is the mostly organic/healthy food store. Transplanted inside the store is a small cafeteria style restaurant with a salad bar and a number of hot dishes to choose from. It's a pleasant place to have lunch. There is ample selection, but it ultimately suffers from the same issues with food warmth etc that cafeteria style food always face. The salad bar is self service, so you can make it as you like. The price is about average. It's worth a stop if you are looking for something quick, something different, something light, something organic ... something healthy. I'll be back sometime, but nothing special pulling me back right away.

Some produce is cheaper than other grocery stores, some way more expensive. There's a lot of organic produce to choose from. Health and beauty products are most expensive here. There's a zehrs just down the street that sells some of the same products for up to $3 cheaper.They have hot served food. They have now changed the pricing where you pay per weight. I was very disappointed in this. I went to buy fresh samosas and it was almost double the price then what I payed before. Because of this I haven't shopped here as much. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
