We had a terrible experience at this restaurant. We were told to wait 3 minutes for our order, but it ended up taking much longer. We spent over $20 on 3 meals and 4 drinks, only to receive cold fries and the wrong food. We waited a total of 15 minutes in the drive-thru for our order to be completely wrong. The food we did receive was lukewarm and not what we had ordered. When I called to complain, they offered 3 free combos but refused to give a refund. I will be contacting the company to address this issue. My children are hungry and disappointed, and our experience was a total disaster.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a hand-breaded chicken sandwich, but I was informed that they were all frozen. After paying, I was asked to wait at the front door. It took 15 minutes to receive my food, and I did not receive a receipt. There were no dipping sauces for the chicken tenders, and the fries were lukewarm. I also had to remove excess mayo from my sandwich, which was also lukewarm.
People were friendly and the food was great. Only the edition I had was wiped off most of the tables that were needed. It looked like only 3 people who worked during lunch, but the food was still timely.
Mediocre service with a side with salt. my pommes were so strongly salted that they were not edible. I am glad that I have a small combo to reduce the waste. the service was apathetic and robotic. Maybe it's a Waterloo thing.
