Overtyme Grill Tap Room - Waterford

Our committee scheduled a meeting with the banquet manager to go over the details of our event, and we were consistently informed that the date we wanted was available. Just a week prior, I had dinner there and confirmed with the manager on duty that September 26, 2020, was still open. However, when we arrived for our meeting yesterday, we found out that the date had already been booked. They had my name, phone number, and the details of our previous conversation, yet no one reached out to inform me that someone else had inquired about that date. This reflects a lack of professionalism and poor management. I would advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this establishment.

The Bretzel bites and homemade cheese here are the best I've ever had. The waitstaff is fantastic as well. I highly recommend checking out the spacious open bar atmosphere.

I went to the restaurant on Sunday afternoon to watch the Lions game, and the service was incredibly terrible. The only saving grace was another waitress who stepped in to assist the first one.

Surprising party planned before the time with the management. pizza party with pizzas brought out a couple to a time that would have been good if it had been on time and had been the salat there, the cutlery and the brotsticks that were only that, no butter or garlic on them just a simple blunt brotstick. we had a waiter who apparently was not pointed to this party and was nothing set up or ready. management lacked in kitchen staff, but I saw more than one who should have helped. the management took a pitcher of pop from our bill. it was already at several locations, but will never plan that another will come together.

This is a Waterford staple Great place to go with your family. Lots of games for the kids and it 's a large space so it never really feels overcrowded . Food is about what you would expect and the service is friendly. I enjoy going here and playing some of the 80 's arcade games too!
