Subway - Wasilla

The young man who also works at taco bell served us tonight! He was beyond amazing and helpful even though he was busy and was out of a lot of products. He also held his composure after a rude customer accosted him because he told her he was closed for restock! Lady said obscenities and flipped him off. He didn't let her get to him and kept his awesome customer service attitude! Forgot to get his name but thankful for you and your service! Subway should be happy to have this young man!!!! Thanks again!

We waited in line for twenty minutes while one employee on the line made one sandwich as slowly as possible while two other employees hid in the back writing on stickers. There was another person in line in front of us and no one was in a hurry to help. We left without ordering and won’t be coming back. Good thing there are other Subway’s to choose from.

Subway provided excellent customer service and fresh and tasty food! We have been return sandwich buyers for about four years. We have never been disappointed with the service or quality of the sandwich ingredients.

Y'all are great in person, but your online service needs attention. You're the best and I love you but dang is that far off the mark. You also tried to send us out the door with the wrong order, someone else's sandwiches and cookies.
