Mcdonald's - Wasilla

This McDonald's is far better than the others I've visited. They're always quick — the lines can get long, but they work efficiently to serve everyone in a timely manner. I do wish they offered breakfast all day, though! Haha. Plus, the food is consistently great.

I didn't eat at the restaurant, but the staff were very friendly. I hadn't eaten all day, and since I'm diabetic, my blood sugar dropped too low. I didn’t want to drive home feeling that way, and a candy bar tends to make me feel sleepy.

Really disappointing McDonald’s they have advertisements pictures and videos showing egg muffin sandwich. But come to find out the owner does not sell bacon or ham. Which means they don’t sell egg muffin sandwiches, Don’t advertise something in your restaurant if you don’t have it! I guess the owner of this McDonald’s doesn’t have to follow McDonald’s company policy of selling all items. Not only that but the female manager was pretty rude. I will not be returning back to that McDonald’s I would give them zero stars

Worst customer service ever. mcflurry felt on my knee and the lady didnt bother to offer napkins, forgot my bbq sauce for the second time. big fast food chains dont care vs. small business work very hard to bring best customer service.

This McDonald's experience was disappointing. For the third time in less than five months, my order was messed up again. The receipt and the label on the box both showed the correct item, but once again, I received the wrong burger. I can't help but wonder if the staff can read. Furthermore, this location struggles to keep the sweet tea stocked. Lastly, there's nothing "fast" about this fast-food restaurant. I won't be returning and would advise others to steer clear as well.
