Happy Family Sushi Wok - Wasilla

Have I had better Chinese American food? Yes, but not in a really long time. Are you going to wait awhile? Yes, but I've waited longer. Our server was good at letting us know that it would be a little long; which is just a lovely thing to do. I hate waiting, but am often pacified when someone is courteous about it. The place is small, maybe 7 8 tables. The decor isn't amazing, but I really appreciated the Alaskan Native art (some nice pieces), and most importantly how clean everything is. The food is not gussied up, but is quality ingredients and fresh. More like a home cooked meal that was prepared well. I will pay for that any day.

Great service, great food. Small staff so depending on the time you go you May have to wait to order. These low reviews are just from people who have no patients become the food is more them worth the extra 5-10 minute wait in my option. Been coming here side I was about 10. 6 stars!!

You just roasted the living room, it's so pretty! Delicious food. I love her broccoli chicken. They also added sushi to their menu. Very friendly atmosphere! I waited in the car to go to my order because my daughter slept in her carseat and the lady dared me in when it was ready what I thought was really sweet!

A small decor with bold taste and fresh ingredients. I have been to this place several times last month or so (here tonight with my children!) and tried various dishes to find a fave and I love them all. My children love honeysesame chicken and bread orange chicken. Husband was a fan of Kung Pow Tofu. And I loved Mongolian beef. The owner is super friendly and I could say that she is proud of the food she offers. It can't be fast food, but every wait is worth it. Trust me. It's delicious! If it's busy, wait for a table or wait to serve. You will not be disappointed!

A nice little place for good sushi and Chinese. Has some really awesome upscale type restaurant vibes without the super high prices, they are on the expensive side, but not almost as expensive as you would think of from the looks from inside. Your General Tso Chicken is the BEST I had in the valley or anchorage. Everywhere else, their taste makes too much on the spicy side or much too much on the Bland side, but this place has really enjoyed it.
