Przekaż informację zwrotnąI placed an online order for pick-up at 6:00 PM. When I arrived at 6:10 PM, they informed me that they had never received my order in their system. I tried to be understanding because I know these things can happen. However, the cashier wasn’t helpful. The only thing she said was, “We don’t have your order here.” I had to ask, “So, can I have my order since I was charged?” She then told me I needed to contact customer service through the app, which left me confused since I didn't order through the app. She didn't offer any support and left me to sort it out on my own without any kind of assistance. There was absolutely no customer service. When I showed her my order confirmation, she even responded with an attitude, as if I was at fault. I wasn't blaming anyone; I just wanted to resolve the issue and get my food, just like everyone else who walks in. Overall, they were not helpful at all. It took someone from the back to come out and ask what my order was. Fortunately, that person offered to prepare my order without any hassle. I'm grateful for their help, but as a team, they really need to improve. This is the only Chipotle where I consistently encounter problems. Every visit seems to come with some sort of issue.
On a side note, after her outburst, the employee vented about how terrible the restaurant manager is. It seems like there's some serious issues with the workplace culture. To top it off, if the Department of Health had inspected this place, they would have shut it down immediately—there were cups scattered on the floor, food all over the counters and ground, and trash everywhere. I highly recommend avoiding this location.
This is by far the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. They are constantly running out of items, regardless of the time of day. When I order online, I always have to double-check my order because, even though it's packaged neatly, there's a good chance it's missing something—happens about nine times out of ten. They don’t even notify you; you have to figure it out yourself. I don’t experience this problem at other locations, but I really want to utilize the convenience of this one. Tonight was no exception; my order was wrong again, missing both my drink and my salsa.
They consistently every day run out of condiments. They tell you while standing in line at 12 noon, 3pm, or 6pm prime hours that they are our of sour cream and guacamole. Also don't have certain proteins at times. Clearly management isn't ordering items rapidly enough to keep up with volume. Unfortunate for corporate because it's a prime location in DC. Suppl xhain issues at this location and poor management.
AMAZING!!!!!!! I don't know her name, but the lady that helped us was so energetic, that even if she messed up my order (she didn't though) I wouldn't care. Everything was delicious and the service here has always been great. Definitely my favorite Chipotle location and it's only a block or 2 from my place.
