Bananas Beach Club - Wasaga Beach

I had a fantastic dinner at this restaurant on Saturday night during Labor Day weekend in September. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect. I will definitely be returning in the future!

I visited this restaurant for dinner on a Thursday and was impressed with the quick and delicious food. The staff was very professional and welcoming, providing excellent service. I would definitely come back again.

Came to this place as the street was closing at 9pm, was greeted with warm friendly staff that ensured we had a great time as a family and an excellent meal. Food was excellent quality for bar style food, and served within reasonable time. Tess and Mike were fantastic hosts that night and ensured we were served well.

The rooftop patio with a stunning view of the beach is fantastic. We didn't have a meal, so we can't comment on the food, but the menu seemed basic, offering burgers and wings. Unfortunately, there was no draft beer available, and the restaurant only accepted cash payments. Our rating is based solely on the location.

Went here with My husband and Son. when we first got there it was busy and were told it would be a 5-10 minute wait for a table. no problem. waited 15-20 minutes to get a table. we were seated by a man i am assuming was the manager. brought us to a table and cleared it off but did not wipe it clean, told us a server would be with us shortly. We sat there in the hot sun for over a half hour without so much as being given a menu or someone coming to our table to get us a drink. we were not the only people this was happening to but the difference was those people got up and walked out after waiting about 20 minutes, we should have done the same but we thought oh well we 're here waiting this long anyway. Finally a waitress came and asked if anyone served us, told her no, and she appologized and brought us menus, we ordered right away before she was able to escape never to be seen again. Waited about another 45 minutes to get 3 burger and fries but not before she came out to tell us our food would be there soon but they had to go downstairs and get the burgers out of the freezer so they wanted to make sure they were cooked through ok for us. gee thanks! lol The manager of this place made me sick, he was more interested in mingling with these 2 russian cougers and walking around drinking a beer then he was in making sure customers were being taken care of. It made me sick to my stomach the way he was sauntering around with a beer in his hand doing nothing but seating people only to have most of them get up and leave anyway. Then when i heard his response to a customer when they questioned him on the wait...he actually said to them oh sorry but the service is really bad here today are you kidding me??? wow is all i could think. With the location of this place these people are sitting on a gold mine so its so sad to see such awful service and **** food. Never in my life have we ate out someplace and not leave a tip....but today was the first time EVER we did just that...no tip. I dont leave a tip to subsidize a wage i leave a tip based on the service given, and trust me this whole establishment deserved a big fat $0 btw....3 burger and fries, 2 ice teas and a beer came to $71 pathetic.
