Costa Coffee - Warrington

I'm absolutely disgusted with one of your staff, a man with a pony tail, his attitude towards customes is discusting and he rolls his eyes at you which makes you feel angry, I asked for a cortardo and his response is he doesn't know how to make it and get something else, I waited 25 minutes for my drink and to be honest it was absolutely discusting he burnt the milk so it was really bitter, he is rude, arrogant and totally out of his depth he hasn't got a clue on what he is doing ,

Great coffee.service is a bit slower than other costas.

In my opinion, Costa is Costa. I shouldn't have to figure out on my own which stores offer rewards or allow you to redeem them.

The staff at this restaurant is very laid-back and friendly. The service is excellent, with a dine-in option available. The price per person is between £1 and £10. The food, service, and atmosphere are all rated a perfect 5. I highly recommend trying the Gingerbread Hot Chocolate.

The restaurant's opening and closing times were inaccurate. I arrived later in the day thinking it was open, but the actual information was posted in small writing on the door. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere a 1 out of 5.
