Mcdonald's - Warren

I ordered a fresh McChicken with extra sauce, but the lettuce on it was old and unpleasant. The restaurant was dirty and the manager was rude. I would not recommend this location.

The drive-thru was busy, but I only had to wait 5 minutes. The employees at both windows were very friendly, as they always are at this location. My order was hot, everything was fresh, and nothing was missing. I am grateful for the staff at this establishment and every other place I visit. It is clear that many companies in the service industry are understaffed, which can make their jobs challenging at times.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. No matter what time of day it is, there is always a long line in the parking lot. It takes them 10 minutes to take each person's order in the drive-thru, and the food is never fresh. Overall, it is a horrible place to go. We ended up going to a different McDonald's and getting our food much quicker. We looked back at the line and the car behind us (still 4 cars back from ordering) was still waiting. Other drive-thru customers even tried to tell them to hurry up because there was a long line behind them.

Wow. Gotta save that extra McBuck somewhere, huh? If I wanted a medium fry, I'd have McOrdered one. On top of that, y'all didn't even salt them and they were cold. They weren't even hot in the bag. Honestly, I just went to this one because my usual (better) one was closed. I mean, the people have gotten nicer since the management changed. However, it's reasons like this why people avoid this one. At least the burgers were warm, I guess. ??‍

You really need to standardize the amount that goes into the sausage burritos. Some days they're not bad. Days like today, subpar at best. Upon opening to add sauce, there was literally 3 little pieces of egg, 5 little sausages and oozing cheese. So basically I got cheese in a tortilla. If I wanted a grilled cheese, I would have made one myself. Very unsatisfied this morning.Maybe if you paid your people better, they would care enough to do the job correctly.
