The flavor of ShanDong province of China, with good variety of great dishes to choose from. I have been here three times and have not been able to explore the whole menu yet. One thing for sure is there has been no disappointment. Could be crowded on weekends.
From the outset, I was met with an unwelcoming and rude attitude from the man behind the counter. He seemed disinterested in assisting me and was dismissive of my questions about the menu and the ordering process. This initial encounter set a negative tone for the rest of my dining experience.Throughout the meal, the lack of attentiveness from the staff was evident. Despite being seated, I had to wait for an extended period before anyone acknowledged my presence. Additionally, when my order was finally taken, it was done hastily, and I felt like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.To make matters worse, the man behind the counter continued to exhibit a discourteous demeanor when I raised a concern about one of the dishes. Instead of addressing my issue with understanding, he was defensive and unhelpful, leaving me feeling unheard and dissatisfied.As a customer, I believe that polite and respectful service is an essential aspect of any dining experience. Unfortunately, the unpleasant encounter with the man behind the counter overshadowed the food and ambiance, leaving me with an unpleasant memory of your restaurant.
Ordered delivery and got a text notification that my order was done cooking and on its way. Two hours later it turns out the restaurant cancelled the order without letting me know, so now it's 9PM and I have no dinner. Might consider dining in at some point, but absolutely wouldn't try getting delivery again.Edit: I called an hour after getting the text to check on the order and was told all deliveries had been picked up and were on their way. If they had told me the driver never showed when I called I would have happily gone to pick it up instead.
Worst Restaurant I’ve eaten at. Got food poisoning here after eating their handmade meatball soup. Also, terrible service and they charge a mandatory 18% gratuity tip. Your tip is what customers give based on your service and shouldn’t be a fixed mandatory fee… and to top it all off they expect an additional regular tip total scam artists here. Stay away unless you like bad food that gives you food poisoning and a ridiculous gratuity charge.In response to the owner: yeah that’s still nonsense for a party of 6 people, not like you guys do much other than bring out food… then you ask for a tip on top of a mandatory 18% gratuity… give me a break… and no I’m not being ridiculous about the food poisoning you guys just have lousy uncooked/contaminated food. Been to many other Chinese restaurants and never had a problem with food poisoning. You guys are just lucky a health inspector doesn’t come down on you.
I drove for 25 min for the ramen(兰州拉面 )at your place,only to find your place are not accepting customers from 12-2pm for today. Please find a better way to notice people, in addition to the note attached to your front door. I’d have to drive away at noon for food somewhere else.
